Chosun Galbi Restaurant — Restaurant in Mandaue

Shocking bad service. Went there with my husband February 24. 2016 at 12.00 am. To have a late meal, the restaurant was completly empty and the first think the not friendly waitress ask was if wanted a room. We both thought that was very strange. We told the waitress we wanted to eat. She never offer us a table instead give us a small menu in chinese and again we told her we wanted to have a meal we ask her if they had bulgogi only then she give us a table and the right menu after that she again left us to go and sit on a different table where all the other staff was using their phones and complitely ignoring us, my husband call her and order a bulgogi and a pork meal and as normal in all the korean restaurants ask for the table grill so we could have bulgogi the proper way, but for our shock the waitress refused to bring the table grill unless we order more food. so off course we just left and went to another restaurant. how ridiculous is this ?specialy when the restaurant was completly enpty. Is this by instructions of the owner or just because of lazy staff ? Either way we will never go back to that place and we will also tell everybody we know also...

I like the food here but the service is not good. Staff is not friendly. It is very very poor customer service. I feel discriminated here with my friends. I went here few times already and everytime me and my friends (all filipino) went here and order food and ask for more side dish, they will say its the last side dish we can ask. However, when I went here with my korean boyfriend, they are nice and smilling and willing to serve and even we ask a lot of side dish they don't say it is the last. Food is good but service makes uncomfortable and ruin your "enjoying the food" moment. Please train your staff how to serve customers well with pleasant personality. It is really terrible. We were having our meal in a room and then there was a staff at the other side of the room so I just slide the door and asked for a garlic. The staff said to me "next time ma'am, just press the button!" in unfriendly manner. What is wrong with your staffs? The hell I know about the button. I am not a hater but please do improve your customer service it will attract referals or...

The place is huge but very errie, there is no proper light outside the restaurant if we didn't come closer, we wouldn't know that the place is open. The alacarte items is very bland and tasteless, it needs proper seasoning. There is one server that is terrible though, poor at explaining the menu and tried to blame us for not clarifying that we wanted the "unli samgyupsal set". The servers should know their menu items and explain the varieties to the customers especially for the new comers.

I hope the owner can read this, He/she needs to assess the issue with this business, there is so much to change.
