Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Mandaue

Shakey's meals taste good without a doubt. I'm a fan of their mojos, their chickens, and most specially their pizzas. Their Pepperoni Pizza is the first pizza I've ever eaten. It was my favorite as a child. My bias towards this pizza may be caused much by nostalgia.

I'm not quite impressed however with my visit here in the Light Site branch. Unlike the Shakey's in IT Park, the service here feels harsh, especially how the waitress flips the menu as if she's in a fight with us or something.

I tried to order several items on the menu and I was told everything I asked for was out of stock. This store has only been open for two weeks and already no stock! No Salads, No Spinach Roll Up, No made to order Pizza. We ordered Carbonara that was not hot and not even warm. However, the fried chicken was good and hot. We ordered one of the pre made pizzas, The Truffle Green. It took 20 minutes longer than the rest of our food and when it was delivered to the table it was some kind of meat lover pizza. Another 30 minutes and a very anemic looking pizza was served. Overall complete...

The staffs look at us as if we are Aliens when we get in the Resto since we r the only customers they have. 3 staffs are resting and others are on the floor, yet it still took longer for our food to be served. Except the mushroom soup that seemed like a paste already that was just microwaved. And even then time we asked for the bill, took 15min bcoz they seemed really bz even if it was just us there.
