Burger King — Restaurant in Manila

Dear Burger King Team,

I am taking the time to write this complaint regarding my recent Whopper order last night, 18th of August, as I was very disappointed with the quality I received.

I don’t mind paying the price for a good burger, but I do expect the product to reflect what is being advertised. Unfortunately, my Whopper only had a single thin slice of tomato, pickle and the smallest piece of onion, far from the “full and fresh” serving shown in your promotions.

In addition, the packaging clearly stated that the burger comes with cheese, but I couldn’t find any in my order. This was very frustrating and made the burger feel incomplete.

Please ensure consistency between your advertisements and the actual serving provided to customers. It was quite underwhelming to receive a burger that looked incomplete and poorly prepared.

Branch is pretty spacious and I never have a hard time getting a seat even during lunch. It's usually cold and cozy inside. Whenever I enter the restaurant, it really has an outdoor feel.

Among fast food chains, they have one of the best burgers in terms of flavor and price. I can really taste their distinct grilled flavor every time! For more affordable beef patties, there's always the Whopper Jr. or Cheeseburger. Fries can always be replaced with Onion Rings.

Customer service was so bad. I was asking about coupons and how theyre used but the cashier was walking back and forth to I dont know where while explaining, tone sounds passive aggressive, so I wasnt really able to get her explanation until one of her coworkers saw I was bothered by this and called her out. I sincerely understand that it was night time and everyone was tired but I was asking nicely. I didnt need her to smile at me or anything, but she couldve at least treated me decently.
