Bonchon Chicken - University Mall Taft — Restaurant in Manila

Unfortunately, my review of BonChon is mixed. While the Korean fried chicken was delicious, the understaffing led to frustratingly slow service, and the lack of restrooms was a major inconvenience.

The restaurant was clearly understaffed, causing long wait times for both ordering and receiving food. It took over 30 minutes for our order to arrive. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were unable to keep up with the demand.

In addition to the slow service, the restaurant had no restrooms available for customers. This is a serious issue, especially for those who need to use the facilities during a meal. We were forced to leave the restaurant and find another place to use the restroom, which was a major inconvenience.

Despite these issues, their Bibimbowl and chicken at BonChon were delicious. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. However, the poor service and lack of restrooms overshadowed the good food.

Overall, I would not recommend BonChon unless you are prepared for a long wait and are willing to forego using the restroom. If you are looking for good Korean fried chicken, there are other restaurants in the area that offer better service...

Always bad customer service. I understand that the crew might be tired but kulang na lang irapan yung customer. Specially their BINGSU & CAFÉ KOREANO!

We haven't been on their physical store yet as we usually order via Grab/FoodPanda.
