Complaint Regarding Consistent Poor Quality of Chickenjoy at Vito Cruz Branch

Dear Jollibee Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the consistent poor quality of Chickenjoy servings from your Vito Cruz branch. For quite some time now, I’ve noticed that whenever I order for takeout or through online delivery, the chicken pieces are significantly smaller than expected and seem to have been re-fried. This has happened on multiple occasions, with no exception. Additionally, I’ve also experienced instances where my order is either incomplete or incorrect, which only adds to my disappointment.

I had stopped purchasing from this branch for a while because I knew I would only end up disappointed. However, I recently gave it another chance, hoping the situation had improved and because i am craving for it right now, but unfortunately, the quality remains the same. My craving turned into disappointment once again, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. 😒

As a loyal customer who used to enjoy Jollibee, it’s dismaying that these issues have affected my overall experience, I expect better from Jollibee, especially when it comes to your flagship product, the Chickenjoy.

I kindly ask that you address this issue with the Vito Cruz branch to ensure that customers receive the quality and service that Jollibee is known for.

BURGER STEAK: MUSHROOM GRAVY vs The New BISTEK

I might be biased with Mushroom Gravy since I've been having it for the longest time already. Its sauce is creamy but not too thick. Mushrooms are usually good too, but not too much emphasis on that ingredient. If I'd insist, I can only wish they'd give more.

Bistek was pretty good as well. The flavor (a sweet, salty, and tangy combo) is very Pinoy and makes an interesting choice for curious foodies, including foreigners visiting the Philippines to try Filipino fast food. It's worth exploring but is it worth it?

Yes, unless you're mentality is like "I'll just cook that at home." I also have such mentality but the bottom line is that Jollibee has a unique beef pattie flavor, one that I haven't tried elsewhere yet. I'll go for Mushroom Gravy for the creamy sauce and the Bistek for the sweet onions.

The spaghetti is not 'al dente', its actually borderline overcooked. The sauce is sweet and tangy. The chicken is great, its served with a sweet smoky gravy.
