One of the worst places I've been to. If I have a bad experience due to poor customer service, my experience in this pe fceirst thing that comes to mi, will be thd.

DEPOSIT ISSUE I got to the place. I walked and was waiting for my friend to checked in but I got there first. So I approached the desk and gave my booking details. It was pretty straightforward; I did have to give an ID and read the policies, etc. They are requiring CASH/GCASH DEPOSIT ONLY. I didn't have cash so I asked if I can just pay it after my friend arrive. Or if it's possible to just transfer money to their gcash account, the receptionist was pretty strict. I ended up spending the last 10-15 minutes figuring out how to pay the deposit. They said it's indicated in the booking site but it was way below like at the end of the booking page where people don't really pay attention to. YOU MUST BRING CASH or PAY VIA GCASH, they dont even allow paying from another bank to GCASH. They suggested if I can transfer from my bank to my gcash. The nearest ATM would be at least 200 meters and it was raining at the time. I can't believe I will be having difficulty just for the deposit. Other hotels allow ID deposit, but this place doesn't.

The three parking spaces outside was free and I asked if I can reserve a parking space since my room just happen to be at the facing a parking slot. They said it's first come first serve.

ROOM WASNT READY YET I went inside my assigned room and found out that the room wasn't fully prepared yet. No towels, toiletries, and AC was not turned on. I had to keep coming back to the reception to request what I needed since it wasn't ready yet.

PARKING ISSUE Then my friend arrived and she was having a difficulty parking her car since two out of three parking space were occupied. The receptionist just said we should find a parking space on our own. It was frustrating since the street was really narrow and our car cant just reverse because there is already a line of cars piled up and we were causing traffic. THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL. They didnt even bother to go outside to check the situation and help us out. The other guests instead helped us and move their vehicle. They even said that the empty parking slot was for the owner of the condotel. So we are not supposed to park there. They didnt even gave suggestions were to park and just left as on our own. The next da, there was a car blocking our vehicle. We are about to leave the place but we couldnt since our vehicle is blocked. AGAIN, they didnt help us at all even if it's their parking space, it's their neighborhood, and we are guests. We were left on our own. By this time we were really pissed off. Finally we were able to find the owner of the car after going to around their neighborhood.

GOOD THINGS:

  1. Toilet was relatively clean and room was spacious enough
  2. There is supposed to be a parking space
  3. The location is ok

BAD THINGS.

  1. LOW TO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE / POOR SERVICE

Don't expect good service. They don't have a customer service concept. The staff must be trained how to help their guest and the management must have good system in place.

Bring your own soap, brush, and toothpaste. They just provide one small soap for everything.

  1. PARKING ISSUE - THIS IS REALLY A HELL

Just go there without a vehicle. A motorbike would be better.

  1. DEPOSIT...

We checked-in for a single night just to be early on our appointment the next day. The room was on the 4th floor, no elevator. Upon checking the room, we noticed the very LOOSED WINDOW LATCH. I called the recep and raised my concern to this female staff, who initially told me (over the phone) that there's no issue with the window, before checking it. Upon proving that it's really broken, her only solution was reassuring us that it's totally fine and there are no neighbors below. Hence, keep the window open. (BTW, this is located within residential area, and 2 people can fit at the same time on this big window with broken lock, you can easily go to the rooms below if you use the fire exit ladder) We didn't pay for an unsecured room and for our valid concerns to be disregarded, so we went to the reception and politely approach a different person, the male staff initially said, there's no available room, but changed his mind when we remain standing in front of him. He transferred us to another room and YES, there was actually an available room.

The only good thing here (for us) was the clean room with...

The room that we rented was clean and lovely and the location is very central — there are a lot of nice places nearby that you can visit like Ermita, Intramuros and Chinatown. But what I really loved about Oyo condotel are the staff. They are all very nice and welcoming.||Shoutout to the lovely people of OYO — kuya Daniel/ate Daniela, kuya Raymart, kuya Rolmil, ate Lanie , kuya Allan and the new guy who was in training when we were there.||Every time we need something, we always get it right away. The staff was very accommodating with everything even with tips on where to go and places to visit. We actually made it a habit to hang out at the lobby for a bit because we really enjoyed talking to the people working there.||Because of the great service we booked the same place when we got back to Manila from Palawan. ||We miss all the staff in this condotel. They are one of the reasons why we had an amazing holiday in the Philippines! Really good job guys!! ❤️❤️||Greetings from Amsterdam and we’ll definitely book a room at the condotel again when we go...

Upon entering the room, you are greeted with a strong fabric softener scent. The bed is clean, the sink near the bed is okay. The door of the toilet is broken but at least, there is hot shower. You will be asked for a 1,000-peso cash deposit that is refundable upon checkout. If you ask for hot water, that is worth 20pesos. Bring your own slippers, soap, tissues, toiletries. There is one table and one plastic chair inside the room. No elevators. If you are carrying clothes that are good for 3 days - I hope they do not book you in the 3rd floor and up. You will be super tired by the time you reach your room. The main highway is only 3 mins. away. If you have a good budget, please find other accommodations in the area. If you are staying one night only, it's okay.

So clean and so white! Thank you for giving us a comfortable and lovely stay! No outside noise disturbed us, neighborhood is quiet. Amenities were superb for a budget price❤ Hot & cold shower worked well ❤even when 4 of us took turns di nawalan ng tubig considering that Manila was experiencing water shortage. Meaning they were well prepared with storage tanks. AC was working well, gave us a goodnight's sleep parang lamig ng Cordillera din ❤ Sheets were clean and white❤ Beds were comfortable ❤ Fluffy and fresh towels for everyone plus toiletries too ❤ Place is squeaky clean! Even along corridors and reception area! Wish we could've stayed a day more to enjoy the place, hoping to book again soon! Thank you!❤

Parking is challenging and the staff does little to nothing in helping you figure out where to park. Prior to reservation, I specifically asked if parking is available, they said yes and hadn’t given advice that its a first come first serve basis. No assistance whatsoever, motorcycle parked occupying other lanes of the already limited parking. Location wise, it’s very accessible. They are also requiring a deposit of 1k when there’s almost no amenities in the room and no toiletries at all. We’ve occupied a room good for 4 but only 2 towels were given.
