the owners try to scam you for every penny and im not joking.They offer you a monthly rate,which is only for rooms on the fifth floor.Kind of hard since theres no elevator.Now listen to this.If you pay the monthly rate on the 5th of april,then you should pay again on the 5th of may correct? Not with these scammers, you have to pay again on the 4th of may.When you pay on the 4th of may then guess when you pay in june.You guessed it on the 3rd of june.If you dont pay one day early they charge you the full daily rate I was staying there with my wife. I had gone overseas for a couple of weeks so she was staying alone in the room.When i got back,we had one visitor for just one night and they want to charge us 900 pesos for the guest...utterly ridiculous.Heres the killer.Even before we took the monthly rate , ofcourse they charge seperate for electric.What they dont tell you is they charge a COMMERCIAL rate for electric not a normal electric rate.I inquired about this electric rate and asked the same question before we took the monthly rate.The employee clearly told me its a regular residential electric rate NOT commercial rate.When i got the first bill which was SKY high they told me that employee has been fired.Its not my problem you should honor your WORD the owner evidently is a liar and doesnt keep their word.Needless to say we left immediately.They didnt even return our 15,000 deposit saying some B.S lies.They got their karma coming...

Upon reservations, my credit card was charged immediately and cancellation fee will be applied in full in case of No shows or cancellation.||Upon arrival, the security demanded my husband to have me call them since the reservations is under my name. Even though my husband showed them a screenshot of booking confirmation indicating his name as the guest with the booking ID, they did not allow him to checkin immediately. The front desk told my husband that zen rooms need to confirm it to them. They also told him that he needs to pay if ever that room was not his reservation. Check in experience was really terrible|And staffs are rude.||Zen rooms and Lessons should communicate pertaining to details of reservations. Staffs must be friendly enough to assist weary travelers to avoid this. This is the worst experience I have and my husband...
