the price is somehow very affordable and recommending for shorter stay. The bed is double size, but yet the room is too small for 2 pax. Cant barely cross from room doorway to the toilet.
For that kind of affordable stay, the sink is clogged. Maybe only in my room, and dont have time to complain.
If your planning to book in these hotel, book im agoda, you get discount,
suggest to ask for lower floor rooms, the water supply is weak and i was not able to take shower that time because my room was on 6th floor. Chances weak water on higher floors., they do have have a pale and water bucket though, acceptable to use as a filipino during taking a bath.
Will i ever book again? Yes, but as 1pax and shorter stay in these hotter tropical environment, not as 2pax or with someone.
Just a honest review. Peace y all.
One more thing, location is fairly good enough for me. its all near to places that i...
Read moreStayed at RedDoorz Plus @ San Marcelino Malate for a few nights. The location is convenient, close to landmarks like Rizal Park and Intramuros, and easily accessible via public transportation. The rooms are air-conditioned and come with private bathrooms, work desks, and free Wi-Fi, which was reliable during my stay.
The staff were courteous and helpful, making check-in and check-out processes smooth. However, there are areas that need improvement. Some rooms had a musty smell, and the linens seemed outdated. I also noticed some insects in the room, indicating a need for better pest control. Additionally, the hotel lacks an elevator, which can be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
Overall, it's a budget-friendly option in Manila with a central location. If you're looking for basic accommodations and can overlook some maintenance issues, it might...
Read moreFirst off, the location was terrible. It is along San Marcelino where all trucks traverse. It was so noisy in any time of day. The room they provided us was so small, we (2 persons) can hardly fit. No room to move, no space to put your luggage. The table & chairs in the room i believe is only for plants. No blackout curtains. Every morning, the reflective windows of the building shine the sun directly to our room. You cant sleep with the noise and the sunlight. Toilet was delapidated. No place for the phone, which was under the bed. Bed sheets were torn as well and they the audacity to impose additional charges. This is by fr the worst “hotel” i stayed in. The frontdesk wasnt much of help as well. If you are an OFW and you have an appointment in the nearby agencies in Malate, do...
