just disappointed on how long we waited for our order to be called by their staff. I'm not the only one who had this experienced with this branch mang inasal sm manila.. order was processed around 5:30pm but it was already 6:15pm our order was still not yet prepare. We tried to follow up however the only info they giving us that our number was still in que, but the fraustating part is that you see other customer who you know that they just came and they order was already been released. We are not informed that if their is any waiting hour..Officer in charge explained that the reason that some customer already get their order it is because they order the regular order which we customer cant understand since they did that informed about the waiting period..Most of the customer who waited for a long time had a children along with them waiting..As also an additional recommendation since we are already on alert 1 and weekend maybe you should put additional staff who will give additional rice to customer, only one staff is just doing this.. for sure this was also a tiring, exhausted day to all of the staff of the said branch..hoping this kind of scenario will not happened and experinced by...

Editing this to 1 star first thing Deth the server let people cut in even though they have there own lane it shouldnt be like that its bias and have priority for others, it should be always fist come first serve even though the customer were all together they were at different lanes due to that we waited for quite a bit than others and took a little bit more time in a way that 6 people pass first on the other lane before us second thing glenda the one who serves food is just plain rude i was just asking for a calamansi and sili she asked for my toyo i brought my toyo and she just put it to another saucer like what why would you even ask for the toyo then also she got no respect no po or opo or sir or mam i asked for our barbeque she was like 4 mins pa its only my 2nd time going up there she dont need yo be rude last thing will be the food (sisig) i ate 1 small plastic which was fine i thought it was just a small mistake but there was 2 small plastic in my food which i almost ate again one mistake is just fine its tolerable but twice they didn't even check the food so beware when eating here rude customer and no food safety when eating so always check the food if you want to...

Poor services. We ate here at nearly 9 p.m., and I asked them if they were still accepting diners, and they quickly agreed. Before ordering, I asked if their soup was still available, and they agreed again, but not until they served the food. They keep telling us to just wait until the soup is ready, and we patiently waited for hot soup, but then my boyfriend asked them for the fourth time, and they finally said the truth that they're not preparing it at all and that there's actually no soup. I'm so disappointed. They're way too slow to accommodate one customer. There's still a lot of crew in the branch, but they're all busy cleaning the area, not to mention they're about to close. My point here is that if you cannot accommodate a customer, just don't accept a diner and recommend a take-out instead. We didn't...
