McDonald's — Restaurant in Manila

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I chose this McDonald’s branch to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday, but it turned into a very disappointing and stressful event.

I booked the party a month in advance, specifically choosing the 11:00 AM slot and paid for our reservation. Two weeks before the party, I had already sent the invitations to our guests. However, just five days before the event, the management informed me that they needed to move the start time to 10:00 AM. This was extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate, as the invitations had already been distributed two weeks earlier. Why would they make such a change at the last minute, knowing it would cause problems for us and our guests?

As if that wasn’t enough, the night before the party, they texted me about a sudden price increase per meal. This is unacceptable. On the day of the party, several guests told me the food was poorly prepared — the rice was undercooked, the ice cream had melted, the fries were soggy, and the food was no longer warm when served. This was incredibly embarrassing.

The microphone used by the host was also full of static, making it almost impossible to understand what was being said. What should have been a joyful and memorable celebration for my daughter became a stressful and upsetting experience.

Original Mcdo ambiance is gone, the modern style is like a prison cell.

No ambiance speaker on the acoustic ceilings, feels odd.

They dont allow you to dine in upstairs even thou its full on the lobby, they keeps accepting customers. They block the dining upstairs with chairs that might cause you to fall on the stairs.

Electrical and fire hazard they place their bluetooth speaker under the water dispenser.

No greetings when u come in, ( i worked in mcdo before and this is important)

We wanted to backout unfortunately we already gave the downpayment. Be extra catious in dealing with McDo Parties or atleast with the R Magsaysay branch beside a gas Station they dont follow the fine prints and adds

The add says pay only 2.5k to secure the date however they asked for 3k for Grimace theme

The add says free 30 invitation, however they mentioned they would provide a soft copy for Grimace theme

They said they will reachout to us for additional details, however no one reached out, then we went to the branch to follow up the invitation

I hope DTI would notice this kind of...
