6/12/2023 We had our dinner last night. Waiting time is so bad they got no chair even one outside unlike the other restaurants. Another long time of waiting is for your order to be served, to think that we already ordered ahead of time while waiting outside. So long to the point that you've almost forgotten that you ordered and you are sitting inside their restaurant. They don't serve water, compared to other restaurants that once you sat down, immediately they will give you water. After more than 20 minutes of waiting outside and more than 20 minutes inside for your food to be served, still they did not gave us water. The food was already served, and they did not gave us water unless we asked for it! There is no serving spoons, there is no small bowls for the cold soup. You will still have to ask for them one by one. Nobody is nearby for you to ask something, so you have to stand up and approach them at the counter. They don't have initiative. They are VERY SLOW! I really don't know what's happening. Another worst thing is that they did not served us our Halo Halo, that's why I told the kids to check the receipt properly, and indeed the Halo Halo has beed charged to us. I don't know what SIDE DISH is that reflected in the reciept as well. So another long time of waiting for the revision. Very poor service. I don't know if they are understaffed or what. We ordered crispy pata, kare kare, salty and cold beef nilaga, and halo halo (not served). May pagkamaldita din ang girl server namin last night. Dapat may name plate para kilala namin. But you will know coz we were sitted in the left corner entrance side 9PM....

Same store we had dining and take out experience here. A. Dine In - usually it's always full. There is always a waiting line. Resto is cozy and not so big. The ambiance is bright as it is well lit. Place seem to cater around 80 to 90 capacity only. Has tables set outside also for patrons who cannot be accommodated inside. Receptionist at that time was kinda friendly but takes a long time to provide requests like water, ice, extra plate and even the dessert wee requested to served later after the menu we ordered. The Food is just right. Their scallops are fresh and baked rightly. Some menu seem expensive for the serving size. Chopseuy was ok but for the pakbet, I think my version is better than theirs. The kare-kare tastes good but serving is not adequate. Pork BBQ was too peppery. Their halo-halo esp the Ube version is like colored shaved ice only. But tastes good. But Aling Banang's is better if you haven't tried one. Their Sisig is also good. B. For Take-out - approach the receptionist and directly tell your order at their counter at the back. You can pay and then return to pick up once order is ready. If you order halo-halo, they prepare it and have it frozen on their freezer. Food are prepared and kept in cleat plastic container. Well better that in foils or just plastic.

Been to this resto last night Dec.5,16 in SM Valenzuela to have dinner with my hubby, my 1st impression about the place itself is that its very untidy fhe floor has alot of visible trash like tissue, dirt, etc. which the staff doesn't seem to see. You can smell the CR from distance that really stinks! And now about fhe food that was very disappointing it taste all the same that is very sweet! We ordered the Potchero bulalo that the kamote and corn with it was very hard unable to eat, and too sweet than the usual potchero we've taste, then the crispy dinuguan that is also sweet I don't know why, serving size it has 7pcs of small strips of crispy pork belly and few blood sauce that is not worth the price at all having just like a snack size of it. Finally the chorizo chili fried with cheese that is also sweet even the garlic mayo dip sauce was sweet!.. so we don't even bother to order for a dessert since all we just had taste a very unlikely sweetness to it! Definitely won't come back or even invited family and friends to dine to this resto, unless you improve the clealiness of the place and pls improve the taste of your food! Hope you can do something about it... your customer is your best...
