Appearance is ok. But... Staff is not accommodating. She kept repeating if I still wanted to order as if she didnt want me to continue with my order. Waiting for the food is fine but for a 15-20 min waiting period, totally not worth it. Takoyaki tasted like glue they were served cold....

The customer service is bad. My boyfriend was mentioning our order, but the lady didn't care. She smiled while writing down the previous order and rolled her eyes. Then, she turned her back while my boyfriend was still ordering.
