Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Espana — Restaurant in Manila

I ordered spinach and mushroom through food panda. I made this method because I don't want to go outside but what I experienced annoyed me. They deliver the wrong item- PEPPERONI 🤦‍♀️ My goodness. I don't like PEPPERONI. Next time, assist your food panda rider which order to give in order to avoid this problem because not all your customers is in a good mood like me. It annoyed me that it's quarter to 4 am then I go to pizza parlor españa branch just to make a complain because I am craving spinach and mushroom. Kindly be mindful that a lot of your customers ordered through delivery app because they don't have enough time to go outside then y'all just deliver the wrong food? You made your customer loss their appetite and in addition to this, you make them mad by wasting their time. Lastly, do not offer something just to make them calm because we need is a good service. We don't need free drinks. WE NEED WHAT WE PAY FOR. Will never order again in this branch via delivery app....

Really love this place. Very accessible for students studying in U-belt. You can host events or parties here for a reasonable price. Some of the staffs are very accomodating here. If you're going to eat here from 8pm onwards don't expect fast service the staffs are too slow they just stand there and will not accomodate you. One time we ordered skilletti, we waited for almost an hour and we keep on asking for follow up and they told us to just cancel the order because they are just starting to cook the pasta. Shakeys España is usually crowded. In the many times Ive come here, I have always had to wait in line to be seated. If you are in a hurry, it would be best to avoid this Shakeys. The place is spacious but usually crowded. If you are looking for a quite place to have a meal, then this place is not for you. The pizza are good tasting and are reasonably price.
