Those giving four stars because this branch is always packed, let me tell you that I don't think they need to satisfy all the demand within the area. It's not their fault that the demand for their coffee is high, the branch has sufficient space to accommodate what they can accomodate. I think it would be unfair to omitt 1 star just because they cant satisfy all the demand in their area.
Had a flawless transaction, the cashier asked me if I collect stickers, asked me if I want to start collrcting, even went her way to ask me if I know how it works. After getting my recipt, I went to the counter to claim my order and the barista was already done with my frappuccino and was just putting the lid of the cup. The transaction lasted less than 2 min. Read moreActually, the ambiance is good and the staff are nice. The two downside that I see in this SB branch is that,
1.) Instead of people seating, you can see bags/handouts/books/even umbrella on the chairs or table that means someone is already occupying it BUT it will be hour/s before they come back.
2.) People coming to study in groups or pairs then seating on different tables that is clearly not for just one person.
