Giligan's — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Ayala is a local restaurant inside the South Park Mall. In fact, local food is always a small challenge for me. This is because you have to order without knowing what ingredients are used or how they taste, so it takes a bit of courage. When I meet delicious food, I feel very good, and when I meet food that does not suit me like today, I can say that it is a good experience. It seemed like a restaurant quite famous for local people, but I couldn't eat all of it because it was my first time trying the unfamiliar food. It is served with pork on white rice and a yellow vegetable stew. However, the amount of pork was less than expected, and the food was charred and cooked, so it felt like eating coal. I don't know if all local foods are cooked this way, but I came to think that it didn't suit me. You do not recommend visiting if you are unfamiliar with local Filipino food.

아얄라 south Park mall 안에 있는 로컬 음식점 이다. 사실 로컬음식은 나에게 있어 언제나 작은 도전이라 할 수 있다. 어떤 재료를 사용하는지, 어떤 맛이 나는지 전혀 모르는 상태에서 주문을 해야 하므로 약간의 용기가 필요하기 때문이다. 어쩌다 맛있는 음식을 만나면 매우 기분이 좋고, 오늘같이 나와 맞지 않는 음식을 만나면 그냥 좋은 경험이라 말할수 있다. 현지 사람들에게 꽤 유명한 식당 같긴 한데, 처음먹어보는 익숙하지 않은 음식이라 다 먹지는 못했다. 하얀 쌀밥위에 돼지고기가 올라와 있는 음식과 노란색의 야채 스튜가 함께 제공된다. 그런데, 돼지고기의 양이 생각보다 적고 까맣게 태워 음식을 조리해서 마치 석탄을 먹는듯한 느낌이었다. 로컬 음식들이 모두 이런 방식으로 조리하는지는 모르겠지만 나와는 맞지 않는다는 생각을 하게 되었다. 필리핀 로컬음식에 익숙하지 않는다면 방문하는...
