Jollibee — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Updated my review to include dine in experience: order took 35mins instead of 15mins promised, they took our order wrong. The tuna pie took much more longer!! I asked for thigh part which the cashier accommodated, but after 35mins I received rib part. My companion got thigh part but it was very small no service water available. An elderly woman in the queue had no choice but to buy bottled water for 50pesos even the CR has no water!!! only good thing was the freshly cooked fries which was really good.

Good atmosphere and space is okay at the drive thru. The drive thru ordering staff was kind even though we got a bit confused with the orders. She was able to get it correctly. The servers at the next window was also nice.

What I rated low is the food. Chicken had slight detergent-like taste which my brother also experience before in another branch in the Alabang area. The fries had hints of that taste as well, so it made me think maybe it had something to do with their cooking oil. A branch of the eponymous flagship chain of the Jollibee group. Basically a burger-and-fries place, it’s probably more famous for its Chickenjoy, a dish of chicken coated in batter, deep fried, and served with gravy.

My personal recommendation is the burger steak meal (shown pictured), which is basically burger patties with a mushroom gravy, served with rice. Goes best with pineapple juice, with their famous peach-mango pie for dessert.

In keeping with this being a fast food joint, prices are reasonable. You can get filled with around 100 pesos (approx. 2 USD as of this writing). This branch is also open 24 hrs./day,...

WORST JOLLIBEE STORE w/ regards to online delivery. Ordered twice and laging kulang ang items na pinapadala. Will NEVER VISIT/ORDER from this store again. Would give ZERO STARS if possible. This store is TRASH when it comes to order accuracy. Emailed them 4 times with my complaint and still no response after 5 days. Landline is unreachable. Hope this store BURNS AND CLOSES DOWN FOR GOOD. BASURA ang JOLLIBEE MADRIGAL/MOLITO.

UPDATE: it’s been 5 days and still no one has contacted me even after sending 4 emails/complaints. JOLLIBEE customer service is TRASH.
