Food is good, the owner is very accommodating. But what we didn't like is the experience at all.
We booked the place for a celebration, not only the venue is SUPER HOT, but the staff didn't even do anything about it. Perhaps it's the lack of facilities.
Also, during our meeting before the event, the owner said that it's okay if we bring food for the kids and gave them an estimate as to how many kids will be attending (as they won't enjoy the buffet, but we are going to pay for 50 people) - and there will be no additional charge or corkage for it. As I said, she was very nice. But on the day of the event, we were messaged by said owner that there's actually charge per head for the kids. It was only for 25php so we just said ok despite it not being OK.
After the event, when it's time to settle everything, the staff said that the additional charge is for 15 kids despite there having only 9-10 kids. Yet we have to pay for the estimate that we gave them KNOWING THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
WE DIDN'T EVEN USE THEIR TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR THE KIDS TO USE. WE BROUGHT OUR OWN.
