McDonald's — Restaurant in Naga

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at McDonald's Naga Roxas Ave., Diversion Road, for their exceptional honesty and kindness. I recently left my wallet behind at the restaurant, and to my immense relief, the staff found it and promptly returned it to me with everything intact.

Their act of integrity and care truly went above and beyond, and it has restored my faith in the inherent goodness of people. It's these small gestures of kindness that make a big difference and leave a lasting positive impression.

I would highly recommend this McDonald's location to everyone. Not only do they offer delicious food and friendly service, but they also demonstrate a commitment to honesty and customer well-being that deserves...

Food quality & taste are great as usual.

But the hygiene of this branch is way below expectations. First, the Handwashing station's soap dispenser is empty. I've asked for a refill so that my family especially the kids can wash their hands before eating (considering we are still not over this pandemic). The staff said that they run out of stock of the liquid soap.

Second, the Comfort Room is so poorly - maintained. The smell is pungent, empty soap dispenser as well, with pooling water on the floor, & really appears as it was not cleaned for days.

No alcohols provided for the Ordering Kiosks. Mayroon sa cashier lang.

This branch needs big improvement & staff reorientation when it comes to hygiene...

We placed our order through Food Panda, and while most of the items were delivered correctly, there was an issue with the Coke Float. Instead of the Coke Float, we received just a Coke. We initially thought the Coke Float was unavailable, but we still received a Sundae. Upon checking the receipt, it clearly listed the Coke Float as part of our order. Unfortunately, since our office is far from Naga, we decided not to pursue a complaint as it would take too long and be a hassle. It would have been better if they had double-checked the order before delivering. It's a shame because we paid for something we didn’t...
