The service was warm and attentive from start to finish — the staff, Sir Argie, greeted us with genuine smiles and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food came out fresh and on time, and every dish was packed with flavor.

Their grilled specialties were perfectly cooked — smoky, juicy, and seasoned just right. The chicken kebab was a standout: juicy, savory, and full of that signature Gerry’s taste. Even the side dishes and drinks complemented the meal beautifully.

The food is a go-to with any outing or occasional dinner for a family or friends. As for the costumer service, they were very approachable and also very responsive when giving our order or billing out. The atmosphere is really vibrant and as well as for the music too.

You can findy any traditional food or beverage here that is correlated with the philippine cuisine, and the way they serve and present it is very appealing and it will really make your mouth water as you dive into that smell of the food. I sincerely apologize to the staff at Gerry’s Grill Harbor Pointe that in my frustration for losing my iPhone insinuated that I left it at the restaurant. In spite of my unreasonable accusation, the cashier and supervisor showed empathy. They stood by me, the supervisor gave me water and the cashier accompanied me to the Mac store for assistance to locate my phone. I would like to extend my wholehearted thanks to the staff.
