New Feng Huang Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Olongapo

Tried having lunch here before a wedding and encountered the worst service I can recall. Was asked by waitresses to wait to be seated (despite vacant tables) and was finally seated after around 10 minutes. After ordering, the food we ordered never came out after 50 minutes of waiting and repeated reminders and had to walk out after the tables that ordered after us received their orders already.

Waitstaff and kitchen seems to have never worked at a restaurant before and had no ability to run the restaurant. We also noticed that several tables that ordered before us also waited quite a while for their orders to come out (at least they ate).

Restaurant atmosphere is not very attractive and appears to have been repurposed from a former...

Food: The dishes are absolutely delicious. It is flavorful and with a true home-cooked taste that makes every bite satisfying.

Service: The food was served hot and fresh. The staff were polite, attentive, and very respectful, which made the experience even better.

Atmosphere: The dining hall is vibrant and neat; while the KTV rooms are just as clean and lively. All facilities, air conditioning, KTV, lighting, and more, are well-maintained and fully functional.

Overall, New Feng Huang Restaurant offers not just great food but also excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place...

This place has been in Olongapo since 1995 though they have changed locations a couple of times.

The food is still good and great for sharing. The portion sizes are generous and the food is not overly seasoned unlike other places. The atmosphere and decor is old school. The place is relatively clean.
