We stayed in a Leciel Suite. When we first entered the suite, there was a sewage like smell in the two bathrooms. It was resolved later on by the hotel's handyman. He said the smell came from the water pipes of the lavatory. On our 2nd day in the hotel, the airconditioner malfunctioned and released a lot of water in the living room, causing flooding on the floor and discomfort to us specially the kids since the thermostat became erratic. The remote control of all the airconditioners are in Korean but we found an English translation pasted on the wall. The breakfast is Filipino food with cereals, salads and fruits. The staff were good. They were courteous, kind and apologetic for all the problems that we encountered. I would look for other better hotels in the Subic Bay area next...

Place is a bit new and in the heart of subic. Near the main road and in the mall. |The room we got is a family room which has 2 rooms and a sala/ living room. As expected, the room is spacy and clean as its still quite new. Has a quirky lock in the toilet door knob (maybe its just me). The aircon units are nicely fitted/ integrated in the ceilings (you dont see this commonly in hotels). ||My only problem here is the breakfast. The food selection is very limited. Another "quirk" I noticed is how they separate the food of the chinese guests to the pinoys. Not sure how this might send wrong signals to sensitive pinoys --- of which I admit am one of them. ||Overall, the overnight stay is still ok bec of the room. However, breakfast is so so....
