We're frequent visitors at Xtremely Xpresso Cafe, primarily because their "good morning breakfast" is a consistent favorite of my son. This time, I ventured to try their Filipino breakfast for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised – it was quite good! However, our experience with some of their other offerings was less impressive. My daughter, a big fan of spaghetti carbonara, found theirs to be bland and unfortunately overcooked, leaving her unable to finish it. Similarly, my husband's parmesan-crusted fish was also bland and "nakakaumay" as it was swimming in an excessive amount of cream. The dish was mostly potato with a sparse amount of fish. Despite these disappointments with our recent order, I'm still inclined to give Xtremely Xpresso Cafe a 4-star rating. This is because their other dishes have consistently been great in the past. We absolutely love their ribs, nachos, French toast, and many other items on their menu. It's possible we just happened to order a few dishes that weren't up to their usual standard this time. Overall, I would still recommend Xtremely Xpresso Cafe. They have a lot of delicious options to choose from, and the location is quite nice, especially in the evening. We'll definitely be back to enjoy our usual favorites!

We visited Xtremely Xpresso Cafe just recently before heading to Zambales. This place is cute, kind of mixed-old-style cafe-restaurant serving mostly good food and coffee and frappe. I like the cappuccino except for the sprinkled cinnamon on top. I wish they ask the customer first if cinnamon is okay or not. But it tastes good, don't get me wrong. The food were mostly great, like the baby back ribs that my wife ordered, the burger and pasta that my son had, mine was the Korean beef stew, the taste was on point, but I hope they serve it with some vegies, the seared salmon was good, and don't forget to order their Big Ben Pizza. I may say, this is must on your list from this cafe. The black pasta was a bit too creamy though, it was just pasta mixed with lots of squid ink and lots of cream, nothing else. Partly, it tasted like squid, but more on the creamy side. The place was jampacked when we got there. Nice cozy restaurant. Waiters were courteous and accomodating. Parking area is a not that big but you can park on the other side of the building. They have more tables outside just in case the restaurant is full. Overall experience, we were happy with the food, service and the place. And we'll definitely come back next time we are in the area.

I originally came here to get some coffee and I couldn't park anywhere cause its always full day or night. Finally found a spot during off peak hours and found out you don't actually come here for coffee as the name implies. Plain and simple, Its actually a restaurant and the food is really good. Price points compared to the portioning of the food is quite good. The coffee, pastries and ice cream is just an afterthought around here. The first thing I ordered was the pizza which seems to be flying off the counter every now and then. The Big Ben pizza regular is Good for 2-3. Looks pretty well made from the dough to the toppings. But surprisingly I did find it to taste a little flat except for the salty meat toppings which gives it a bit of flavor. Hot sauce will do wonders for the pizza. Size of the pizza is quite generous. The ribs on the other hand is simply amazing. In fact in my opinion, its even better than the other shop in the area famous for tis ribs. There's always a long line waiting to get in. So try to come in before the peak and avoid cooling your heels for 30 mins or more to get a seat. Harder for large pax and much easier to find a table for 2 around here.

This place can be an okay place to eat. It all depends on what you order. Everyone is friendly and helpful when you arrive but the actual table service is weak.

Most of their coffee drinks aren't very good. I found their café mocha disappointing. It was too sweet to drink and it had no coffee flavor. They also don’t know how to make a proper cappuccino.

Their pizzas are ok. A word of caution, though. Their R size is enough for two hungry people. Their X size is enough to feed a small army. Well, maybe not that many people. It’s good for at least 6 hungry people, though.

One of my favorite dishes there is the spicy chipotle chicken pasta. Chipotles are Mexican chilis that are roasted and preserved in adobo sauce. So many restaurants tame down their chipotle dishes so there is no heat and no flavor. Not XX, though. They serve this dish big and bold - penne pasta in a cream sauce with big pieces of grilled chicken breast and plenty of chunks of chipotle chili peppers.

Things to avoid: the tex-mex nachos - there is nothing tex or mex about them, the potato salad - potatoes, mayonaise, sugar, more sugar, hamburgers - the burger is okay but everything else is completely bland and boring.

The hamburger hash is okay. It's a beef patty served on two pieces of toast, surrounded by chopped-up french fries. The thing I didn't like about it was it came drowning in a mayonnaise-mustard mix. Order it without the mayo-mustard and some ketchup on the side and it will be fine.

The french toast has a burnt sugar taste to it. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. Other than that it's pretty bland. Part of the problem is they don't use good quality bread for anything here. It could also do with some salt added to the egg mixture.

They do have good desserts. I highly recommend the spicy...

I am from NCR but I have been to this place 5 times in less than 4 months. So far, this has been the only place I have eaten dinner whenever I am in Subic. More so, when I have a trip in Zambalaes, I arrange my sked so that I would have dinner in Subic. Why?

Xtremely Xpresso offers a wide variety of food from Burgers, Pastas, to full meal Entrees. Each food that I have already sampled have relatively large servings. One meal can make you full. The taste are likewise superb, and guess what, they are relatively cheap for the size and quality of food.

That being said, Xtremely Xpresso is a place to go, hence, there is a relatively long wait here especially if it is a weekend or a holiday. Last January 2, we had to wait for almost 2 hours just to get seated. Despite their disclaimer that cooking time (aka serving time) is around 1 hour, food will arrive sooner than that, perhaps even less than 30 minutes.

As for food, my favorites are the Baby Back Ribs, Onion rings, Mozzerella Fingers, and Nachos. Grilled Tuna Belly looks tempting and it appears that the Grilled Pork Belly is a best-seller since it runs out fast. Twice of the 5 times I have been here, the Grilled Pork Belly has already been sold out by early evening.

You can never go wrong with Xtremely Xpresso as a place to go for your cravings. You just have to strategize when you will go there or bring a lot of patience with you.

If you do not want to wait, they have a branch at SM City Olongapo - Central. I haven't eaten there. I just hope that the food...
