I'm a balikbayan and I've been here for more than 2 months now. I noticed how restaurant food really suck nowadays not to mention very expensive. But for two months of disappointment, this place top them all. Came in with family, the waitress would sell you to get the 4,500 set menu good for 3/4 pax apparently because it's class A beef. There's 11 of us so I ordered 2 sets of the 3 thousand set menu and 2 others dish. Not only they give you the worst bonchan ever. They give you meat that only a starving animal can eat. Pork that's 90 percent fat that's impossible to chew and beef meat that's hard as rubber ball . Basically, just because you did not order the class"A" beef set menu, they will give you the worst kind of meat and bonchan to show you that you are not a class"A" customer. Ordered the large beef set and pork ribs that were good. However ordered short rib soup that was tasteless. Asked the server and she said it's supposed to be like that. On a second conversation we asked if they had even salt or soy sauce we could add and she said no. So to not be wasteful my husband attempted to eat it. When we spoke to the supervisor we mentioned the soup again and she said it's supposed to have seasoning but our server did not know that. This conversation was at check out but they would not take it off the bill or remake it properly as they said we already ate some of it. I advised we had asked our server about it two different times prior to eating but it did not matter. If you don't serve the food properly, why charge? Would not recommend as that is poor business. Our bill was almost 6000php so I think taking off the soup that was not served properly would have been fair.
