Worst customer service experience. They told us we can only order either unli steak or combo meal. They did not allow us to have one person to order unli and one for combo meal saying it is to avoid sharing meal and if we insist on having the other person order combo meal, that person should take a separate table. It feels like they are trying to impose that the person who will order combo meal will take advantage of the unlimited steak of the other person. We felt forced to order something we cannot really consume. They also forced us to order two steaks each already upon initial order because they said serving might take long and the con of that is that when you are not yet done with the first steak the second steak served will sit there in your table and get cold. Upon the next orders of my partner it took them way too long already. Furthermore, upon payment they told us they only accept cash however before entering we already ask them if credit or debit card is allowed and they said yes. When I told this to the server who gave us our bill she is reasoning out that it is not working earlier but after trying it on our payment, it worked. Lastly the server even threw my card in the clipboard were my tab is listed instead of handing it over to me properly when in fact I'm right beside her. Unfortunately, we did not get the server's name cause she is not wearing any name tag and we are too annoyed to even speak to...

Very terrible restaurant. Do not recommend on going. Price is not worth it with the quality of food they serve. This restaurant is absolutely trash.

My wife ordered for an 8oz ribeye cooked medium and I ordered NY strip medium rare. When the food was served, they were cold, I get it you should rest the steak but it should not get that cold as a corpse. Anyway my wife started slicing through the steak only to find out it was still uncooked, you guys might say that it was cooked at medium but there is a huge difference from raw to medium cook, the staff was accomodating and reheated her steak but to no avail there were still parts that were raw. Moving on with my order which was a NY strip ordered medium rare they served me with a well done, my goodness I was losing my mind on top of that the barbque pork ribs were chewy, a good barbeque should just fall off the bone. Also the mashed potato tasted like carboard, I recommend getting your mashed potato from KFC rather than this restaurant so disappointing. With all the negative things I have to say the only consolation was the green beans which tasted good.

To summarize never go to this restaurant because your money is not worth it. And the food they serve are garbage.

Been here three times. First time was amazing. Waiters were prompt, accommodating and food was great. The second time we went there later in the evening, waitress was rude and unconcerned. Asked for their amazing chaser salad but was informed it wasn’t available. We left the establishment after waiting for 30 minutes to provide food or service and went upstairs to eat at the food court. Several weeks later we returned to give it one last shot on an early Wednesday afternoon. Most items including the Fraser salad, French fries, fish and chips among several cuts of meat were not on the menu that day, service was slow and dismal, meat was severely undercooked or no were close to the level requested and several members of our party got up to leave to find other lunch options.
