Don't Eat Here. Had lunch on 23 Mar 2025 with my wife. I ordered the Ribs with 3 sides. My wife ordered Garlic Scampi Pasta. My order came rather fast, so I thought My wife's order would be ready soon as well. But as time went by no food arrived. I noticed a family of six arriving later. They ordered and was served their food as my wife still waited and waited. I was going ask about what's taking long. But my wife said no, and she doesn't want the food anymore. It shouldn't take an hour to prepare a pasta dish. Later a waitress came over with my wife's meal. I asked the waitress if they had forgotten my wife's order. The waitress replied that this meal takes a while to make because of all the spices needed to make the dish. I said really, 1 hour to make this dish costing 385php. Total Bullshit. We took the meal to-go, paid the bill and left...

It’s been quite a while since we have eaten Racks so we are excited to order our favorite Family Platter. We ordered from Food Panda and it arrived on time (with 30 mins lead time). However, upon opening the box, we found out that there was no sauce. As you know Racks grilled meat is not “Racks” unless it is with their famous bbq sauce. The meat taste so ordinary withiut the sauce. Additionally, the family platter should include 2 regular side dishes (for sharing) but what they included was 1 regular size mac and cheese and 2 super “tipid” personal size coleslaw. Since it has no drinks, in a way it was priced higher considering it is take out.
