Angel's Pizza - SM City Sucat — Restaurant in Parañaque

Rude staff. I ordered 1 mac and cheese solo, and 1 carbonara solo, I've been wanting to try Angel's Pizza's Pastas because I've already tasted every pizza on the menu, but was told by Marie, the cashier/staff, there's no carbonara. The guy beside Marie said there's a restock, but Marie said "Wala." I asked them if they can recheck but was rejected immediately. I went to our table and asked my sister what is her order instead of carbonara, she told me maybe spaghetti or lasagna. I went back to the cashier to order again, and guess what? There's no spaghetti or lasagna. Only Mac n Cheese. I had no choice but to order only 1 Mac n Cheese for my sister because I no longer want to eat any pasta from Angel's but my sister told me to try one noodle. I tried it, it tastes like Lucky Me Mac N Cheese but with additional creamy cheesey sauce. The serving is too small. Maybe it's a kids meal? But I ordered solo. Literally it looks like 1 pack of Lucky Me Mac n Cheese. I went outside to buy my own food, I don't like the experience at all.

PS: I'm not the only who experienced this. After I ordered, someone tried ordering a pasta too, but was shut down rudely and told only Mac N Cheese is available. They can just talk normally without that annoyed tone.

My sister heard the staffs talking about resigning and the other one is encouraging the other, and "bahala na sila" pertaining to the management. Hopefully, the management will help and hear the staff on their issues within the management so they can serve the customers well. How the management treats and handles their employees reflects on the employees' actions and determination to give a great service. Please train them well, treat them with respect, and pay them the salary that...

Grabbed a slice for takeout on my way rushing to the cinema. It was just a small kiosk. Although there were a couple of tables it looked more suited for takeouts. I see a lot of its branches around the city and I think they’re strong on delivery service. I’ve never tried Angel’s Pizza so I was curious about the buzz - is it any good?

Only 4 options for the slice and I went for Cheesy Burger. When I opened the box it was smaller than S&R’s and Landers’ slice as it was cheaper I thought. It was warm - but more like reheated because it looked dry and old. We all know how a freshly made pizza looks but this was not it. Tasted like frozen pizza that you thawed and fired up in your toaster oven. The burger bits were like raisins in size. Well, you get what you pay for

The quality of food is quite not as good as you order it via delivery or when it is a whole pizza. The pizza slice is a bit smaller than other pizza size serve by other pizza parlor. They have a good quality of rice, but average for chicken. I would say that the pizza had been sitting for long becsuse of its quality, but they serve it quite long enough. Service is average, which is fine since the price isn't that expensive for them to give an excellent service. Atmosphere is just average, but I gave 4 to it since it doesn't really need to be fancy for a low cost pizza parlor. I would prefer a simple pizza since I'm not paying for the atmosphere.
