Hands down the best food that I experienced in Manila.

I was a little worried that the contemporary spin on the dishes would make them unrecognizable, however, they managed to not only retain the soul of the local fare, but also show inspiration in the cuisine that I have not had the joy of tasting in quite a while.

Everything was good, but I would skip the beef steak as it was a little too western. Paired with the garlic rice however, and it shone brightly.

Service was fantastic and friendly. The atmosphere is top notch and I enjoyed every minute of the gastronomical journey.

If I had to be picky, the only downside to eating here is the wait times from order to food on table...

But you know what they say: Good things come to those who wait.

Would do...

I really loved our experience at Haliya! The food was amazing, I did have a food coma, I didn't know I could eat that much. My most favourites are sisig, tanigue with creamy sauce and chichingka. All of them are actually a-must-try; too bad we couldn't dine in again as we only had one night in Manila. Thanks to the friendliest staff Kristianne, Harold and of course to the incredible chef, Fritz Restar. Well done guys, you really are talented and you must be proud of yourselves! Kristianne was so good in explaining the menu and the chef was great at recommending which one to order, it was indeed, spot on. See you again on...

Been to this place many times, and it never disappoints. Classic Filipino dishes with creative twists, all executed with top-notch quality and ingredients. Everything may come at a premium price, but it’s absolutely worth it.

They have a strict no takeout policy, and I completely understand why — the presentation and taste are meant to be enjoyed fresh. Once boxed or taken out, it just wouldn’t do the dishes justice.

Everything is beautifully plated, made from locally sourced ingredients, and prepared in a unique way — like their Dinuguan, which replaces pig’s blood with cacao, giving it a rich, earthy depth you’ll...

There are not enough words for how delicious this place is. Every single item we were served (my uncle reserved and placed the orders for our entire party) was incredibly delicious. This is my first time having modern Filipino cuisine and I am blown away! We had Lumpia Dinagat, Kalabasa Krema, Pakbet Ilocano, Crispy Pata, Baked Pork Sisig, Escabeche Tanigue Fillet and Haliya Turon. I ate everything except the fish, and 10/10 had my tastebuds exploding! Food came out pretty quickly and our glasses were always filled with something to drink. They have highchairs available for your little one and a bathroom inside the restaurant.

This café and restaurant is one of many around the City of Dreams compound. This particular place does not smell like smoke so it's good if you want a breather from the smell of cigarettes. Most of the dishes here are Filipino fusion and classic Filipino dishes. We ordered dessert and their turon has multiple flavors in one stick. We also ordered halo-halo, which had generous ingredients. Their menu has English and also has some photos. They accept local and foreign credit cards.
