Jollibee Aseana — Restaurant in Parañaque

I ordered early in the morning of Friday. It was my chill day and I want coffee, sandwich and beef tapa. I asked if the coffee would have creamer, they answered yes. But when the beep start beeping and I stood to get my order. The staff that handed my order was rude and asked me "Ano yun?". There I was pissed off already, I said my order was lacking. and then she handed me the sandwich. I checked my coffee when I got outside, there were no creamer. I got more pissed off. It's okay to make mistakes though, but being rude in the morning, knowing im hungry and waiting to eat and you will ask me like that. Also not getting the apology I wanted since it was delayed and lacking already. I hope that staff get what she deserve. I am a government employee that why I love Jollibee, I support local. HOW AM IGOING TO LOVE WHAT IS MINE WHEN IT IS NOT BEING DELIVERED...

I went to two Jollibee restaurants (2) one in Manila aseana in Ayala and the rice almost choke me, I could not bring it down,gosh!! it was very bad,so starchy and the other restaurant (1) the rice was not cooked,some grain soft and some hard,I told them and they gave me a different one that was good ,after that I stop buying Jollibee rice because it not good.5 years ago Jollibee rice was very good until 2023,I can't believe that a restaurants in the Philippines can't cooked rice properly.
