Don't lose your "complimentary parking" ticket or else pay 1000 pesos "penalty".
Story: went in to check on Starbucks CNY merch and grab breakfast, was about to pay and get my "ticket" validated and realized that I lost it. Manager wasn't being nice and all, didn't provide any help whatsoever, only "resolution" provided was spend more to cover the 1000 pesos penalty or pay straight up. Settled to spend more than pay up. The 335 pesos I spent on food and drink wasn't enough to cover it so I bought a merch glass tumbler worth 695 pesos. Lady at the counter doesn't know how to handle and paper wrap glass, wrapped it very loosely using a single piece of paper. Also, the same lady damaged my Starbucks card when I used it for payment.
Been to this place twice before and all I can say is this place sucked big time, air-conditioning wasn't adequate, it was very hot, as well as swarms of flies and mosquitoes can be seen all over from the prep station, serving station, ground floor dining area, to the 2nd floor dining area, take note it's indoor not out.
The Mac & Cheese with Vegetables I ordered sucked, it lacked flavor, dry, and not cheesy at all, for 175 pesos, avoid it at all cost. On the other hand, the Iced Peach Black Tea Latte was nice and refreshing, it has a nice subtle hint of Peach that you would taste at the tail end of every sip. I loved it.

Read moreWent there from Bacoor at around 11:30pm last 26 Nov 2021 to buy coffee via their drive-thru, our travel time going there was only 25min. There were only three cars and one motorcycle ahead of us in the queue but it took more than an hour before we got our order, we didn't mind since we stayed in line in the first place (because we saw some cars that turned away), and we saw that place was full of customers hence we added patience. But then, one of the orders (bread) that my husband was excited to have after waiting so much was incorrect (the label of the paper-wrap was correct upon checking before going home), which we only found out upon coming home at around 2am. We prompted them via email but no action was taken. We didn't want a replacement or refund upon reporting, just an acknowledgement, but since they are a big company, they just ignored us.
Update. Went there last week to give it another chance, this time bought inside the store. The iced poached pear oolong didn't have the pear bits, and the food which they will only heat took 3x longer than the beverages. The manager just stays inside their office even if there were so many customers inside the store and queued cars outside. Not going back here for either drive-thru...

If you want to see people hoarding tables or see people with their feet stretched and placed above the chairs across them (I even saw a woman barefoot and placed her feet on top of the chair in front of her!!), then this is the place for you!!
Anyway, it’s pretty disgusting to see a sight of someone’s feet on top of a chair. Some table hoarders make the atmosphere so-so. I don’t mind those that are working or studying but I hope some of those patrons are considerate with the space they’re taking. Some would take up two tables instead of sitting across each other, especially during busy hours. Whatever. Bahala sila. Basta I’m never going back here on a weekend and I hope I never cross paths with people like this ever.
