The quality of the dishes depends on the shift.

The rating is 1 star for the shift that worked on September 9 at 22:40 and on September 11 at 17:40.

Another shift (there's an aged man) rated 5 stars, the most delicious pizza and rice with bacon!

On September 9, at about 22:40, there was terrible rice with bacon and cheese - there was almost no cheese, there was almost no tomato sauce either.

We ordered 3 servings of this rice with bacon and they were all equally terrible. Due to the fact that meat and rice are not covered with tomato sauce and cheese, rice dries up very much at the top and it is impossible to eat it.

Bacon is very fried due to the lack of a cheese cap. Ham burns too.

Today, on September 11, my husband came at 17:40. He saw the same shift, which then almost did not put cheese and tomato sauce.

The husband said during the order: put the cheese in the rice, last time you forgot to put the cheese.

As a result, the cheese was in rice in very small quantities and the cheese tasted bad (spoiled). There was very little tomato sauce.

We ordered 3 servings again, it's impossible to eat.

My husband started heartburn because of the spoiled cheese in the rice.

The food here is very good on the other shift.

Pizza with lots of toppings. And rice is also cool. Lots of cheese and tomato sauce.

Thanks to the cheese cap, rice does not harden when baking and bacon and ham do not burn.

It is a pity that the change of employees in which the food is bad, spoil the rating and reputation of the institution.

We were on the way to MOA to have lunch but the traffic was so heavy that we turned around and found this pizza hut (which was my brother's favorite fast food chain😑). So we decided to dine here. It was 11am and they've only just opened the doors. We were the first customers that day. Car parking is in the Aseana Building parking space which has its entrance around the back. We parked on the second floor. They have about 6 elevators so it's PWD friendly. Parking fee is 35php. Pizza hut serving time was 5-10mins. It's pretty fast. All the staff were polite and friendly. Their bathroom interior looks old but it's clean enough and they have bidet! Water pressure is ok. About the food, yes their cheese-filled pizza is the best. The carbonara pasta is a little undercooked. It's your typical fastfood taste. Nothing gourmet. The dine in place itself has the capacity of 10people only. To the management, I suggest playing some music while customers are dining to...

I was super excited to see a pizza hut as we have them in UK although I was absolutely disappointed with the food and standards !

We dined in and had fries which was served in a white dirty dish and was served with no ketchup or mustard so we had to ask for it! Also it looked nothing compare to the picture on the menu!!

The pasta I had was good, as for my fiancee she had a piece of fried chicken which was clearly reheated and therefore soggy and the rice was barely warm!

The kitchen clearly couldn’t care less and the service standard quality was definitely poor and...
