KFC — Restaurant in Parañaque

Only eat here if you aboslutely crave KFC. The full menu they show at the counter is not guaranteed to be available. They sold me a 3-pc chicken combo that comes with drinks and sundaes, they took my payment and prepared the food and gave me brownies instead of the sundaes. They did not tell me before hand that the sundaes are not available and gladly took my money anyway.

This place is always unkempt. Dirty floors and sticky tables. It's always understaffed so prepare to wait in long lines during lunch rush and peak dinner hours. I have also heard screaming in the kitchen in some of my visits, the staff have unpleasant attitudes towards each other and customers.

I live nearby and eat here once a month because I like KFC chicken, but I do not recommend eating at THIS...

I ordered delivery about 2 and half weeks ago so I have no photos to show. Delivery is okay, good packing and seal. Despite checking the no cutlery option in the app they still gave me cutlery. I got the fun shots deal but disappointed with the taste. It tasted like it is reheated multiple times. Gravy is lacking as well. I also got the zinger burger which is pretty expensive but lacks the quality for the price. Although it is not very greasy which I liked, the chicken is simply not good in flavor, pretty dry and the sauce feels like leftover sauce from your knife (it is too little to make any significant impact). The veggies aren't as crispy as I'd like it to be which is a downer. All in all, this branch sucks although I don't know if it's the same for dine-in...

Ordered zinger, and B1. This is the amount gravy that I got. VERY KONTI. It barely filled half of the cup. Imagine ordering 2 chickens with famous bowl that is best served with gravy. I don’t know why do they always give this kind of treatment to their drive-thru customers wherein they always take advantage of people not checking their orders because they are in a rush.

It’s frustrating because the reason why customers opt to drive-thru instead of dining in is because of convenience. But is it really necessary to sacrifice quality just because the crews are in a rush to serve their customers quickly?
