Jollibee - Roxas Blvd — Restaurant in Parañaque

I ordered about 12MN last month, roughly Php 800 for take-out, still crowded then. I patiently waited half an hour for such a detailed order, with flies everywhere (to my dismay). Only to be very disgusted and disappointed when I got home and found out that 90% of what I've ordered were mischievously done. Just like their garlic pepper beef. I threw the entire beef for nobody can enjoy food as elastic as rubber. And mind you, this was not even cut as they're supposed to serve it strips with bits of garlic (barely not seen and taste as well). I requested for a large part of chicken but to my dissatisfaction. I thought it was clearly understood as he (the cashier/crew) agreed with me but cared less.

I thought I'll save more when I requested not to include soft drinks anymore to my succeeding order as I have 3 already in my previous order. I felt I was deceived and not even accommodated well with my order. No choices were given to me for a discounted or should I say value meals for that matter. That's a lesson learned for everyone..to really checked/verified thoroughly everything before leaving the counter. A very poor...

the cashiers who are on duty because they are graveyards are so lazy.. for one reason you will ask for gravy on a tray and they will give it to you on the table.. and you will be warned and I have given you a tight part... how come??? and plsssss do pay attention to the head duty Feb 27 5am manager.. I complained and there was no feed back or responds to the complain... their reason might be saying that I had been drinking.. but plssssss I lost the right amount of my wine because of the service... .that's how you pay attention to the customer even who has been drinking alcohol even if they order from you properly.. you don't have the chicken part right anymore, your service is unprofessional and the other branch feels sorry..

Sarap nio ibash para mag tanda.. kaloka ... nag work ako as a service crew ng jollibee coastal.... pero hindi kame ganyan.. call attention sa mga service or crew that...

Sign says 24 hours but they told me they close at 12. I came around 11pm. I ordered 5 piece bucket but only available is 4 piece chicken joy they call family pack. I waited like 10 minutes but the fried chicken was really good as it was just cooked. Ate the junior champ there with fries and its all freshly made. The staff is very nice and always smiling even i asked a lot of questions and directions. Place is about to close and less crowded and you get to see that they started preclosing. Overall great service and food quality. Ambience not so good as they are already preclosing and some chairs are already put on the side...
