Absolutely the Worst Dining Experience – Racks Aseana Branch

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to speak up. While waiting for our food, my wife remembered a previous visit to this exact branch and mentioned how terrible the service was back then. We should’ve taken that as a sign and left.

This turned out to be, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had.

They served us cold rice that clearly had been sitting out for a while, and worse—a side dish that was rancid. It had a sour, off smell that made it inedible. We were so hungry we ate the rice just to get something in our stomachs, but we refused to touch the side dish out of fear it might actually make us sick.

It’s shocking that a place like this is still operating. This kind of negligence isn’t just unacceptable—it’s dangerous. This branch needs to shut down before it seriously harms someone.

The fried chicken emitted a fishy odor after being cut into smaller pieces, resulting in my daughter's refusal to eat it, despite it usually being a favorite food. This was disappointing, especially since my nephew also refused to eat it at his birthday lunch. So frustrating we did not finish the ribs and other food. While Racks restaurant did not charge us for the fried chicken platters we ordered and added, the overall experience at this price point restaurant was extremely unsatisfactory. This happened on May 8, 2025, at 12:00 pm lunch Time, if the management reads this please check this date and time this is what truly happened. I'm not typically reviewing cause it's stressful typing. But now I will cause this happened at my nephew's birthday...

I had such a wonderful experience at Racks! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Erika was very accommodating and attentive to every detail. She made sure we were comfortable, served us with genuine warmth, and always greeted us with a big smile — it really added to the overall dining experience.

The food was excellent as well. Every dish we tried was flavorful, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality and effort put into their cooking. It’s the kind of meal that makes you want to come back again and again.

With great service from Ms. Erika and such amazing food, I can confidently say that Racks is worth recommending. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly encourage you to visit. you won’t be...
