Max's Restaurant — Restaurant in Parañaque

Ordered online via foodpanda app and the overall experience was atrocious! Food was supposed to be served for lunch for my grandma's birthday treat but order gets delayed for 5 long hours - I humbly contacted their support team to get assistance and was assured it will be delivered this time based on the ETA on the app, I trusted them yet had to continue waiting for another hour. My family then adjusted the salu-salo for dinner. We patiently waited to no luck. The rider marked the order as delivered when no food was delivered. I contacted their support team again and was told THEY CANNOT EVEN CONTACT THE RIDER! What a joke. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Max's Baclaran & Foodpanda PH. They won't even refund the money or at least send another order of similar kind. I will be contacted within 1-3 days for resolution - meaning I have to wait again and end up buying new set of food from Kuya J's restaurant and will continue to support Kuya J's this time forward. To hell with Max's Baclaran & Foodpanda PH....

Max's Baclaran service was almost non- existance. Slow service and the curent servers last sunday 26th 0f 2020 were snobbish. We were first to get a table, however, we were waiting for over 20 mins for our order which was suppose to be only 10 to 15 minutes at most. And people who arrived later than us qith a larger group got served first faster. When we ask for a folloe-up on order one of the servers was.acting rudely and again attended the later group first than us. Took another 10 mins just to serve out desert and water, who a later group were served first ever they just arrived. Very annoyed and lost so much time just waiting our order to be completed. Worst part, the restaurant wasn't even that...

Used to be one of our favorite places to visit after the mass (before we transfer to Cavite). It was always a long wait to be seated because of their awesome menu. To my surpise we went there and there was like almost no one there. We thought we are lucky. The staff are awesome and wifi was great. However when our order arrived it was bland! It was the signature chicken that disappointed my family bigtime. Where has all the secret spices and ingredient, have they forgotten salt and pepper?!?! The caldereta is a disaster and even the halo halo's a total waste of money. The only reason they've got 2 star is because of the staff and the wifi. Totally ruined...
