One-Night Staycation at Hotel 101, Pasay City

I recently had a pleasant one-night stay at Hotel 101 in Pasay City. Here's a quick rundown of my experience:

Pros:

Clean and Tidy: The room was well-maintained and offered a comfortable space to relax after a long day. Essential Amenities: The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries, which is a big plus for short stays. Breakfast Variety: I was happy with the selection of breakfast dishes available. It offered a good mix to start the day. Mall of Asia Access: The hotel's location is fantastic! It's within walking distance of the Mall of Asia, perfect for shopping and dining. Safe Area: I felt safe and secure during my stay. This is important, especially for solo travelers. Value for Money: Considering the cleanliness, amenities, and location, Hotel 101 offered excellent value for the price. Good Airport Proximity: If you're catching a flight, the hotel's location is convenient for reaching the airport. Overall:

Great location, yes but the management? Disappointing. Had an accident in their pool area last May 12, when I ran to ER and discovered a fracture on my big toe. I'm not able to properly walk until now and how to rest for 1 month. Imagine, the hotel just offered me a Grabcar to ER, when I asked what else they can help even just medication,etc., they said they cannot answer yet. I even didn't ask for any hospitalization support considering it happened within their vicinity because I told them I have HMO.

It's been also 3 weeks since the incident and they just 1 had follow up call within than whole period just to say how am I and they're sorry?? Anybody can say that! Very thoughtless. Not recommending this hotel to anyone. Don't let an unfortunate scenario like mine happen to you in this hotel till you prove it yourself.

PLUS, take note that unless you call for their manager, they will insist you pay for your kids' breakfast buffet EVEN THOUGH YOU ADDED AND PAID for it in the booking site. They're all just after your money, business being just a business.

Distance? Just book to Microtel or other nearby hotel in MOA. Definitely...

Our new favorite hotel to stay here in Manila, We'd stayed here for 12 nights short vacation from Alberta Canada.

I would definitely stay here next time and recommend this hotel as there are too many reasons to consider Hotel 101 Pasay road.

Everything was perfect and amazing! it's well organized and well managed, GM also do Zumba with the staff every sunday and we had a blast!!

I would like to thank all the staff from Securities (Internal & External guards), Front Desk, Housekeeping (CJ is the best) , attendants, Management and more.By the way the General Manager is so cool to lead the Zumba dance!!

Near to Jollibee, 7eleven, MOA, Manila bay and much more is a huge plus!!!I would suggest to use Grab instead of taxis for transportation very convenient and cheaper, instead for renting a car if travelling around the area.

Safe(Vault), Towels, Tissues, Aircon, Cleanliness, Hot water (Shower), Pool & Hot tub, Securities, Location and complimentary bottled water/dental kit our top 10 most favorite things in Hotel 101.
