Kenny Rogers Roasters - Roxas Blvd — Restaurant in Pasay

Either your order is missing something or they’ll get it wrong.

So we went here earlier to have our late lunch. I wanted to order the low calorie meal but it wasn’t available so I switched to salmon, instead. My friend ordered chicken and wanted iced tea for drinks.

When her order arrived, instead of iced tea, they served my friend Coke. The guy who served our food was polite and he had the drink replaced. When my food was served, one of the side dishes was wrong. My creamy spinach was replaced with mashed potato. I decided to just keep it. Considering the fact that we were the only ones in line when we ordered, I was pretty surprised with the mistakes. My friend ordered food to go and when she got home, she realized her order was missing a corn muffin.

Speaking of corn muffin, I don’t know if they changed the recipe because it no longer tastes as good as it did. I had it in my meal, didn’t like how it tasted. It was really dry and tough to eat, barely had any corn, too.

Staff were polite but I hope that was matched with attentiveness in taking and delivering...

We love Kenny Rogers. We really do. Specially Premium Steak! Every Sunday, we go to our special branch at Kenny Rogers' Tomas Morato. But tonight we had a business meeting here in Pasay City, so we decided to eat here at Kenny Rogers Pasay. But tonight was horrible! Worst branch ever! Kenny Rogers Roxas Boulevard

Why?

They serve our food without cutlery. That forces us to stand up and get it on our own.

We always order premium steak medium rare, but they served us well-done steak! So we have to wait again for another.

The 1st replacement for our steak was good (medium rare), but the 2nd replacement was burnt outside, and it turned out to be a rare steak, but I ate it anyway because I cannot wait for another.

When we asked for a replacement for our steak, the manager splashed our plate into the kitchen and shouted to one of their kitchen crews to cook another steak. That is not an acceptable attitude for a manager!

I WILL NOT...

Went here around 6:30 PM today the two servers were just laughing when we asked for our receipt and said no we can’t have it in a rude tone and in a very rude and unprofessional manner.

First of all, if you’re serving food make sure you tell the servers what they are serving and inform them of what is it instead of them telling us that they don’t know what was the food they were serving because no one informed them.

Second of all, if you’re going to come to the customers table with attitude make sure you are right about what you have punched out because we are very clear of what we ordered hence why we asked for receipt after but because they chose to laugh at us and be rude instead of printing a copy then you can’t blame us with you punching...
