Boogie Bounce — Attraction in Pasay

❌Not recommended👎PLS DON’T GO HERE! Not Safe! Sobrang disappointing ng system nila from booking to entrance to the actual playing area. No Qr or messaged received about confirming our payment buti nalang may screenshot kami ng gcash receipt. Kulang sila ng staff para iassist kids. May mga area na wala man lang miski isang staff in charge. Dun sa sliding area nila paakyat/entrance walang staff at sa may taas lang when you reached they would assist you. I guess they wouldn't really care if you fall midway going up. Same pag tapos mo slide pero makikita mo sa vids ng influencers may staff todo assist. Expectation vs Reality 😂

It seems they’re not ready to operate hindi lang dahil soft opening pero they don't have basic system in place at all. After they give our wristbands there’s no info or intructions where to go next or do’s and dont’s or iassist man lang or info sa locking room area. Quite unprofessional parang bahay lang process. Other kids’s place like in malls and etc they would provide infos before going in and wont just rely on their small fonted few signages only.

The music also grabe pang playlist sa makati or bgc bar. What kind of music is that to play with kids around?! With sexual words pa music nila! Are you aware this should be a family oriented and kid friendly place? Kulang nalang may pa free shots eh It also lacks cleanliness mula sa comfort rooms to playing areas. Even if its outdoors doesn’t mean it shouldn't be maintained properly. Also, No area for shoes or shoe rack unlike other places that offers kid activities similar to this. So kanya kanyang diskarte nalang at walang sisihaan pag nagkawalaan ng sapatos muka ang way nila.

Misinformation also from posting na may included tokens and water etc sa ticket they should guide their influencers posting online on ticket inclusions

They indicated online that 100 slots only per day and on their signages max of 100 (even to smaller playing areas na mukang 20-50max lang capacity talaga) but they would post replenishing online slots and accepting walk ins kahit most slots have been taken at madami na tao inside. Accepting so much walk ins kahit ubos na slot edi walang control in capacity! Wouldn’t be surprise if there will be a stampede or injuries among kids due to overcapacity if they keep that kind of system.

For us, this place is Unsafe, lacks organization and proper system due to lack of staff and their capabilities to handle situations and processing bookings (among so many other concerns that some have posted on google etc already now). Walang pake staff and management our concerns sobrang rude ng staff! NO REAL SOLUTIONS! Management should train their staff too and create better system to have a smoother and safer experience for your paying customers. Your customer service or the lack of there of is disappointing. We even heard may mga other parents narin nagrereklamo sa front desk so its more than something to consider.

Honestly, there are far more better places to spend time with your kids. Not worth going back to. Wish ko lang im paid to say this or gain whatever but honestly just felt bad for those planning to go and would be disappointed or worse have an unsafe experience. Your kid’s safety is more important than having a photo taken in a ‘cutesy instagrammable’ place. This is Not worth paying for. Pang cheap na perya galawan nila tbh. Skip this place honestly you won’t missed out anything really good in here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Read other comments on their posts and reviews online how dissatisfying they really are.

So they advertise it "open" via Google on Monday and they even accepted advance booking for Monday and it turns out they're only open Tuesday-Sunday. This is not stated in their website. Whoever organized this is a moron. They didn't accept bookings for Sunday because it was fully booked yet they allowed people to book slots on the day they are closed. We weren't the only ones, there were other families who was there and paid for Monday.

What a waste of time. They suggested rescheduling it, like what's the point? We live in the south, it cost fuel and tolls and you want us to do it...
