We stayed here last year (back story we didn’t really like the services before and the breakfast buffet wasn’t that good. Room wise.. it’s an old fashioned design and anyways we were kinda expecting it cause this hotel has been here for decades) and so it happens to be the venue of the seminar the that we are attending this year and we are an in-house guests as well.I wasn’t really expecting a lot from this hotel cause based on what we have experienced before. Anyways, I am really happy because the services really did improved a lot!! The staff, they are really attentive and very polite too and the breakfast buffet was wayyyy better than last year.Though, earlier today during the buffet lunch. I don’t know if it was in the salad sauce or in the vegetable bowl but I did chew this plastic lock of a container ( the “pull out” lock Lid) it looks like a slice of white onion cause the salad has em. i didn’t take a photo but I did show it to the service crew. Call it out cause what if it was a kid who had it. It can cause choking. They did apologize and they assure me that they’ll look into ( I really hope they do) and to top it off. We had to do room transfer cause it was leaking and the some of the lights went out and the switch was kinda wet.I’m so glad I didn’t get electrocuted. I immediately called the F.O told do them what happened and went straight there cause it has something to do with electricity. Kuddos to Nico who’s there at the FO. He assisted me immediately and had someone checked it and they told us it was the a.c. He arranged our room transfer as well asap. Also to Roel, Errol, Joseph, and Bunny and the entire service crew for being helpful and the great services. Hope that this helps and hopefully they’ll improve the rooms and that lunch accident won’t happen again. All in all it was still good because of the staff.

The rooms need urgently a full refurbishment. Soundproof windows are not installed. You hear every 3 minutes the starting planes from Manila Airport. Carpets are in terrible condition, also general condition of the „old“ room is bad . Attention to some photos presented in the web. They have renovated rooms in the rooms in the upper floors and are using this photos for advertising . As per reception the new rooms are under „soft opening“ asking for an upgrade to a renovated room (actually same size like my „old“ room) they ask for a charge which is even higher then the normal room rate… That kind of management decisions and customer care is strange to me. However the entrance lobby is nice and the are is at least close to mall of Asia. The hotel offers a free shuttle. Checking out the buffet restaurant in the evening it needs to be identified that it is not an international buffet. The focus here is clear on Chinese and Korean customers. I will avoid this hotel in future and better go to the well known international hotel groups.

A Wonderful Stay at The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila Where Comfort Meets Family-Like Hospitality My recent stay as normal May 30th Through to June 29th at The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality that made me feel truly valued. The staff consistently welcomed me with kindness and attentiveness, creating an atmosphere that I felt like being embraced by family. This can only be created by the whole Team at The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila However, created and managed by the General Manager Farid Schoucair. Farid is available as with anyone in his team anytime which is exceptional. Beautifully Updated Rooms One of the highlights of my stay was the newly updated rooms on levels 8 and 9. These renovations have brought a fresh and luxurious vibe to the accommodations. Every detail, from the modern decor to the comfortable furnishings, exuded thoughtful care. It was evident that the hotel had poured effort into creating a space where guests could unwind and recharge in style. In addition, the Level 9 Millenium Club Lounge is now open and is lovely addition as to the design and management. This is managed by the very attentive reception Staff of Jane, Marie and Marj. Inside you are blessed by the caring team from Herman and backed up by Oneal. This makes your club stay so worthwhile. Consistent and Delicious Food The culinary experience at The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, offering a variety of Flavors to satisfy every taste. What truly sets the dining experience apart is the staff’s willingness to cater to individual needs. If you have special requests or want something extra, all you need to do is ask, and they will graciously accommodate you. An Unbeatable Choice The combination of welcoming staff & concierge Danny, beautifully updated rooms, and consistently excellent food makes The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila a place that truly stands out. This is a hotel where comfort, quality, and hospitality come together effortlessly. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you simply cannot go past staying at this remarkable establishment. I wholeheartedly recommend The Heritage Hotel Pasay Manila for anyone seeking a memorable and enriching stay. Every visit feels like coming home, and I cannot wait to return again. The Heritage Hotel Manila offers a five-star experience with its excellent amenities for a very reasonable price. With its central location and super-efficient and friendly staff, it is truly a home away from home. Highly recommended for all your travel needs!

As stated, I’ve been here since May 30th Through to June 29th, breakfast was excellent and outstanding. Has a lot of choices. the staff are always ready to help and very courteous and respectful. The hotel is clean, one of the reasons why I stay long, and my Cleaner Gilbert seems to have a 6th sense when I go to breakfast my room is spotless upon return. The staff are all very attentive and polite. special mention to riviera café & lounge staff, Ms. gemma and Sofi, Jairo, Tess and Kastle, Reneil also and RG. thank you, The Heritage Hotel Manila is very accessible to MOA shopping mall & Baclaran church with easy access to the airport. I always return as this is my Home away from home. Why don’t YOU...

We were given/transferred to this hotel when we were told that our flight, which was headed back to japan. was cancelled. so we had to stay here for the time being until we were able to book another flight. The staffs were incredibly nice and quite open when it came to small conversations. and, a kind staff named arnold were able to help me and my cousin find our room, right along with how to unlock it, we werent really quite familiar with the whole "use card to unlock door" shenanigan but it was definitely quite a surprise when we realized that we had to use the cards to..well, get to our room but also to turn everything on in our room! so, wherever you are arnold, we thank you :) anyways, the staffs are very kind and always so happy to help guests out which was quite pleasing! the food, oh, dont even get me started with it! god, i'd always end up coming back to my room, constantly full. theyve got a buffet but also a small menu, made to satisfy your food preferences, theres so many different options and it changes constantly depending on what time it is! whether is be breakfast, lunch and dinner, youre always gonna come out of that buffet full. have my word on that! and as for the room, atleast the one that we were given, my goodness! the view was amazing and was genuinely such a breath of fresh air, i was so so relieved when i had first saw it, the past hotels we were in during our trip didnt really have the most satisfying "look" to them but this one. this one specifically just felt so comforting and warm, both to the eyes and body! the beds are extremely comfortable, the pillows are so squishy! and the tv is great! you can watch filipino channels but also, you can connect your laptop on the tv through an hdmi cable on the back, if your preferences are outside of filipino tv! and surprisingly, i only knew this later on but they had a pool! it was nice, our room can get quite cold after staying inside it for a while, and if youre the type to get cold quite easily, i think youd love bathing in the warm sun of the phillipines on the pool, they look so clean, the view of the clouds and sun, it was just..mwah! chefs kiss.

in conclusion, i missed this hotel when we had to actually head back, would recommend this hotel if you ever plan to visit the phillipines and need a...
