Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Parañaque

Usually, when we order from this branch, it comes in 20 mins and no problems with the order. Today, we ordered an 18" dear darla pizza. It wasn't late. But it was cold. Not kinda warm. It was cold. Like we bought it lunch time and we decided to eat it dinner time kind of cold. The branch called, the manager tried to explain that it was a thin pizza and would get cold right away. I told her that we always order dear darla pizzas and it was always warm when delivered. and the manager decides to fix the problem by saying that they will get the pizza and reheat it in their oven and send it back..... I literally laughed out loud. (What time will it arrive back to us? Kids were already hungry)I told her that that was ridiculous. I fixed the problem for her. I told her that I will return the pizza and they should send a new freshly cooked pizza. (Just trying to get what I paid for) When the new pizza arrived, I showed the delivery guy the cold pizza. I asked him to look at it. Even he said that it was hard already (like a cold pizza would look like) I pointed out that the replacement pizza that he brought now is hot. Not like the one I was returning. So, the logic of the manager when she said that it would get cold fast coz it was a thin pizza, did not make any sense. Yellow cab needs to re train their managers how to do damage...

I love their pizza. So, whenever they have unli-pizza promos, I pay them a visit.

So far, four out of five times they have been able to meet my expectations - short waiting times for the orders to be taken and for the food to be delivered.

There was only one time - my last visit, actually - where it took them fifteen minutes to refill the unlimited pizza because they were not continuously baking.

The problem with this is that they set a two-hour limit for the unli-pizza promo and fifteen minutes takes away a significant amount of time from that. Also, long breaks kill my eating momentum so I don't get to maximize what I paid for.

Great pizza at affordable price. You should try their chicken wings, too with garlic cheese sauce. Too bad the place is rather small. It is perfect for takeout purposes. If you want to dine in, you might have to wait if you want to sit inside (with aircondition).
