CK Wellcome Plaza — Restaurant in Pasay

I wanted to try their newly offered Braised Beef and was very disappointed. There were only a couple of pieces of beef cubes as shown in my foto and insufficient sauce for the poor quality of rice used. It also smelled a bit off and I did not finish it. . Old mixed with new. That would have been ok for fried rice but not not steamed white rice. Waiter offered to provide me with new serving but having already eaten the few pcs of meat in it, I declined imagining the taste again of almost 'panis' rice.
