Hot water and water pressure is good for the shower. 24hr check-in/out is most convenient for me.

Smoke smell very strong, toilet had just been used (obviously not washed/disinfected). Missing CR tissue. Missing second pair of shower slippers provided.

Two free breakfasts was ordered and at what time I would like like it delivered to room (any time from 9am-12noon). I requested 9am. I had to go out to front desk at 10:30am to ask for it because the in-room phone was not working. The staff said that they needed hot water for the instant coffee and would go get it now. It was delivered to my room with me while I walked from front desk. While at front desk, I also asked for CR tissue because there was none when I checked in. The manager mentioned to just call next time that I don't have to go to front desk in person. At that time I mentioned that the cord is missing. He did find one of the second pair of shower slippers tucked under where the phone cord should be.

The same staff that delivered my breakfast had brought CR tissue within a few minutes after dropping off the food. I told him also about the he phone missing the cord, he verified that it was indeed missing. It has been a few hours and haven't needed to call front desk but I will ask in person later on.

Convience of ordering room service is a plus but phone is missing cord from unit to wall. Asked for one but will ask for it again later.

If you need stuff just ask the staff. Maybe have to ask twice.

I am not in a hurry. I am usually relaxed and don't complain. So, I can live with the small silly stuff, no problem. Arriving at 5am after riding the bus for over 10hours . . . You can check in by the hour; no need to wait until 12pm. However, the lobby and hallway have a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which can be unpleasant when heading to your room. The room itself is not too hot, which is a plus. The pathway to the room is just enough to walk through, but the room is quite spacious. The room is air-conditioned, with a table, a makeup area, and its own private bathroom. You can even order food for delivery to your room. One downside is that there's no Wi-Fi for short stays. There are plenty of power outlets available in the room. The staff is friendly and quick to accommodate guests. Note that they won’t give you the keys if you're staying for a limited number of hours. In the first night from 16th to 17th February three persons from staff were loud talking, made jokes and used walkie devices very noisy.|At 2 a. m.
