KFC — Restaurant in Pasay

With Casa Ilongga (now closed), Goldilocks, Workstation, Mercury, National Bookstore, Greenwich, Jollibee and the others, this KFC branch is among the original establishments at Metropoint, Pasay City since the start of its mall operation back in the early 2000's. It also has a very convenient spot at the mall and located at the 2nd level entrance-exit going either to the MRT or LRT or to the bridge towards the other side of EDSA-Pasay Taft Rotonda.

Food: okay. Most are tasty and KFC doesn't run out of ideas when it comes to new food choices in the menu from season to season. Yet some like the brownies and sundae, seem to be not worth the price as these just come in small portions but still costly. I also recalled those years back then that their menu included options like garden salad which I often ordered as side dish or as healthy meal. I think it was already phased out, probably because of poor sales and most of the diners preferred just the carb-rich fastfood. The iced tea comes with optional sugar syrup for diners on health-conscious diet.

Service: there are times the resto lacks sufficient number of personnel to attend to the customers' orders and needs. But the time I dined in, they are attentive and gave me my food orders on time. They see to it to clear the table as customers leave.

Atmosphere: the KFC branch underwent a major renovation months ago and came back with better and spacious dining area. There is a corner for gravy refill, water dispenser, and sterilized utensils. A washbasin for hygienic purpose is in another corner though some portions are dimly-lit, it is still a comfortable...

I love this Fast food chain so muchhhh. If you love gravy then this is what I recommend. My friends loves this gravy. But some of my friends is so food critic they really hope the spicy chicken would be spice more. I hope that their mushroom soup would be added more mushrooms. And also, the bucket fries. I hope they add more on it. I hope also they back the Garlic Butter Chicken. It's really delicious trust me. Worst fastfood store I have been to. For the 3rd time I've been there, service was so slow and staff were rude. Only reason I come there is because I walk by this branch after work. I made advance order for chicken burger, but when its my turn there wasnt any available, and I was told they will just prepare. Cashier staff told me that perhaps I talked to the staff that just left. I spent almost 30 minutes and decided to just cancel my order...
