I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's Giselle Plaza (Pasay Taft Rotonda) branch today, December 28, 2024, around 11:00 AM.
We entered the branch with our shih tzu dog, unaware that pets are not allowed. There were no signs indicating this policy, and the security guard was not even at his post to inform us. We were able to queue, order, and pay at the cashier without anyone mentioning the no-pets rule, even though staff members clearly saw us with our dog.
It was only after we paid that a cleaning staff member approached us to inform us that dogs are not allowed. We immediately shifted our order to take-out and complied with their request to wait outside. However, the security guard suddenly appeared and rudely insisted on kicking us out of the premises in an unprofessional manner.
To make matters worse, when we reported this behavior to the branch manager, her response was dismissive. She simply said, "Unahin mo na 'to," seemingly just to make my mother leave without addressing our concerns or apologizing for the poor treatment we received.
This experience was extremely frustrating and humiliating. While I understand that McDonald’s may have a no-pets policy, it is unacceptable that: There were no visible signs informing customers of this rule. The security guard was absent when we entered but later acted rudely toward us. The staff and cashiers failed to inform us of the policy during the ordering process. The manager handled our complaint dismissively instead of resolving the issue professionally.
I hope McDonald’s management takes action to improve their customer service and ensures proper training for their staff and security personnel. Clear signage about policies should also be placed at entry points to avoid similar incidents in the future. This experience has made me seriously reconsider visiting this...

Many and many people but of course the worker they know how to make you save time, pre-ordering your meal with a dedicated extra worker. The workers are funny and nice when you order, unfortunately the view it is very bad of the caos and traffic and outside the pollution is the most of the place.. But it is near to the Sogo hotel and Bus station.. That's why it is overcrowded.. The prices are affordable but as many places, Mac don't provide an internet connection.. In Europe it is...

This McDonald's branch has such a big advantage for its location in the busiest and quite notorious area of Pasay, the EDSA-Taft Rotonda. Situated in a commercial area, near a bus terminal and the combined MRT-LRT common station and PUVs around plus the people from all walks in life, it's a common everyday sight for this McDo branch having a crowded dining area. By the time I dined in, it was already lunch and expect the crowd inside yet I managed to find a vacant seat and the staff promptly cleaned the table as soon as the other customers left; they managed well even under pressure. The food is good and served on time. The ambience is noisy; well at least not as "chaotic" as there outside this...
