McDonald's Strata 100 — Restaurant in Pasig

went here last week during the Holy Week (weekend)

just had a thought to order something for breakfast, so my number was called, i noticed those who were before me were waiting as well, so i was kinda glad that it was quick as i was also in a hurry to go - so I asked the staff (lady) is it okay? complete? i really didnt want to check as im alrd rushing - mind you she gave an attitude or like a blank stare and customer service at all - so i grabbed and go

5 mins later i took a peek and there was no chicken sandwich, no hashbrowns that i ordered, kinda disappointed i went back and showed the receipt that i have 2 missing items, the same lady didnt even budge and just looked at her colleagues and said nothing, kudos to the attentive staff beside her and resolved it - left the place and not coming...

Based on my experience at McDonald’s Strata, the staff were not friendly and the service was not good. I ordered spaghetti but what they served was cold, and I didn’t even hear any apologies from them. After waiting, it was still not given properly. I can say that the attitude of the staff here was quite disappointing. I hope that even if the item’s price is small, we should still learn to give good service to customers.
