Bonchon Chicken - SM East Ortigas — Restaurant in Pasig

I am a regular here. Today service was very poor even if there are not much customers. I wanted to cancel my order and that's the time my food came out! I ordered chix with fries but no ketchup and no kimchi salad came out I was also shortchanged of 72 cents. It may be small , but customer must be informed if the change is not right!. I was here today at 4:30pm. I ate at almost 5pm.and I am alone. My order is just chix & fries and bulgogi soup. Is that difficult? The crew mentioned that the delay is bcoz of take out orders.
