The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in Pasig

This would have been a solid five stars had it not been for the extremely long time we had to wait for our food. We had to wait close to an hour for the appetizers (which were just a salad and maki) to come out then wait for another 15 minutes for our mains. We had to call the attention of the wait staff thrice to follow up. But the food was really delicious. We ordered the grilled salmon (which was cooked to perfection even the crispy skin), soft shell crabs (which portion sizes were very generous), Hainanese chicken (the rice was very fragrant), crab roe fettuccine, and grilled prawns. The desserts were also very delicious. We ordered the coulin (think an elevated version of a lava cake) and the tiramisu.

Took my wife to dinner here for her birthday on a Tuesday evening with a group of 7. The pork belly adobo, pork sisig, caesar salad, mushroom soup, mahi-mahi, hainanese chicken w/ soup, soft shelled crab were good. Good size portion for the prize. They try so hard to make their restaurant high-end and couldn’t even want to be flexible for flip flops with nice dress just for a so so breakfast buffet.
