First of all I've been food poisoned by this restaurant!! we dine in in this restau on sept 25 and on sept26 my tummy hurts so bad that I can take the pain anymore!! my brother took me to the hospital because i almost pass out.!!! I've been in the hospital like 5 hours, and when the nurse taking off my dextrose she ask me what happened to me and I said "we eat (i mentioned this restaurant!!!) and this morning my tummy hurts so bad!" and I'm not shocked when she said "oh yess! that's really how they serve their food, (she even make a disgusted faceXD) the food that is from the previous day, they will serve it in the next day. Many customers have already experienced food poisoned by isla fiesta". lol even the letchong manok is so dry likee???? we know that it's not freshly cooked!!! and also the other recipes. I'm gonna file a case for what happened to me last day and now my poop is still watery. I have a proof and receipt of my...

The staff only refilled the dishes after everyone had finished lining up, which led to long waits and empty serving trays. Furthermore, the food quality was consistently POOR across multiple dishes, significantly diminishing the dining experience. The lack of variety and the UNAPPETIZING nature of the offerings meant that we could barely eat anything substantial, making the buffet feel like a WASTED opportunity. If you prioritize QUALITY over quantity, I strongly advise AGAINST dining here. In comparison to a previous visit, where food was elegantly served around the table, the current setup LACKS the same attention to detail, with items no longer being replenished in the back area. This significant change in service quality detracts from the overall dining experience, leaving much to be desired. Choose any other restaurant that will offer better value for your 500 pesos, as this establishment unfortunately does not meet...

Food isn't horrible but it isn't good either. Lehon dry, fried chicken definitely a few days old. Bones in the sigsig. Fried fish is 85% batter. And no burners so everything is room temp. Decent selection though, except for desserts which were boring and cheap.

Drinks not included so you'll drop another few hundred on their super overpriced drink menu. 90 pesos for a can of coke for instance.

The biggest problem is the service and terms of the establishment. Wanna use your credit card? Prepare for a whopping 10% service charge (definitely against visa TOS). Tried to send gcash only to be told they were over their monthly limit. Just getting in the place was a 10 min fiasco trying to pay them. Bring cash.

Atmosphere is good although entertainment was far too loud. Supposed to be background music, not a concert.

All in all I can't see ever returning here or recommending you...

There are more than 20 eating places within 800m stretch and most are empty almost every night. There were only 2 restaurants that has a crowd, 1 being a Korean restaurant, another is this. Why are these 2 exceptional? They serve buffet. Value for money among locals. Korean restaurant charges a P150 (P599?) surcharge for lone diner, which I understand. Am not hungry, thus don't think I'd like to pay extra. Settled for Isla Fiesta since it's P399, which is fine w me. The spread of food is large. It's not fake when the restaurant claimed, more than 50 dishes buffet spread. The quality was doable. Took a single piece of whatever I want to try, leaving space for dessert.

The food looks better than it tastes. The things that look like they might have curry or flavourful, tasted like gravy. The chicken skewer were left out at room temperature and were actually cold. The food that is kept in the heating trays is warm, not hot. There is quite a selection. The staff are friendly but not the most diligent. The bathrooms are good for the local standard. The water tasted like well water or dirty pipes. The orange juice was made with juice crystal similar to kool-aid. The atmosphere was actually nice. Decent lighting and live music may have actually been the best part
