Army Navy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Quezon City

NOT PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I went to this branch today Dec 1 2021 at around 3:25pm. I was the only customer in the restaurant with no other people (even Grab or Food Panda drivers or such) around aside from the staff. I guess there were around 10 staff present. I was even thinking to myself why does this branch have so many staff for such a small and quiet branch?

Anyway, here are the reasons why I'm giving this branch such a bad rating:

Order took too long and I was the only customer around. The curly fries were not crunchy and quite soggy already. Only the Longganisa meal was decent.

Staff even asked me to pick up my food from the counter even though all the staff were just chatting around and even sitting on the customers' table since there were no other customers in the restaurant. Some were even laughing around the kitchen where food was being prepared. Quite alarming since there's a pandemic and I wouldn't want my food to be exposed like that.

Sorry, but this doesn't sit well with how customers view a restaurant. Quite unprofessional...

Army Navy Katipunan may be a small branch, but they certainly live up to their mission: “Come in hungry, walk out happy.” After a sports game, we dropped by for dinner and left completely satisfied.

We ordered a mix of favorites—Chicken Chipotle, Quesadillas, a Rice Box, and of course, Libertea. Everything was freshly prepared, flavorful, and exactly what we needed after an active day. No complaints at all when it comes to the food.

What made the experience even better was the crew’s attentiveness and efficiency. They were detail-oriented and responsive to all our requests, even as they juggled dine-in customers and a steady stream of online orders. Despite the volume, the service was fast and smooth.

This branch deserves more support. It’s a reliable spot for satisfying comfort food and great service, and I truly hope more people get to experience what they offer. We’ll...

Went here late at night with alot of customers. Completely understand that the staff are tired and managing multiple orders at a time. But to tell your customers that it'll talke 30min to an hour for all the items in the menu? That's a first for me.

The Kare kare menu items were also not available. But it was understandable as it was late at night when we visited.

Credit where it's due tho, the kitchen was able to bring out orders quickly. Glad we stayed despite the cashier telling us that all orders will take an hour to be completed. Maybe they were just managing our expectations?
