Jollibee — Restaurant in Quezon City

This Jollibee outlet can accommodate 24 cars to its parking! 20 of these slots are located at the back of the store with 16 slots on the upper level and four on the ground. The other four slots are in front of the outlet. Most motorcycles occupy the ground parking at the back, these consist of private and delivery riders' motorcycles as seen in the photos I took.

When you park on the upper level, there's a way that will lead you to the store at the far end of the parking area. Just be careful when going down the stairs as the first step is higher than usual. I think this is a safety hazard and must be adjusted to keep customers safe.

The Jollibot is amusing! The volume is just too loud, though.

We went there last September 13, around 10 pm, and had a great experience. The lady manager during that time was really kind and understanding. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. The chicken served to us was partially cooked, so the meat was hard to chew. My mom had eaten almost half of the chicken when she saw that there was still blood inside. We requested to cook the chicken thoroughly, but she happily offered to replace the chicken. Given that the taste of Jollibee is the same across all branches, this review is specifically for the lady manager. I would like to commend Jollibee Katipunan (in front of Ateneo) they have an awesome service. I also love the charging station, actually first resto I have been with this kind of setup. Aside from receiving welcoming smile from the crew, I recently left a very valuable item behind. The manager and team reviewed the CCTV right away and was able to recover the item. Had it not been for the quick action, it may have been impossible. Thanks the team and especially to Miss Cherry, the manager, who gladly went out of her way to help. You guys are the best ! Jollibee still is the best...
