Conti's Bakeshop & Restaurant - Robinsons Place Magnolia — Restaurant in Quezon City

Super disappointed with their service and overall experience.. I think we were judged by the waiters because of the way we looked because we were in baggy and comfortable clothes. So we got to our table, and no one was ready to attend to us. The waiters were very unattentive not only to us but also to other customers. It took awhile for the waiters to even serve the water. When they finally took our order, one of us ordered coffee and politely asked if they can put ice to make it iced coffee. the waiter immediately said no, we understood that and just asked for a cup of ice instead. We still poured the coffee into the glass of ice. My question is, what's so hard with putting ice in the coffee?? So aside from the very bad service, another thing i'd like to point out is the poor table maintenance. All other tables were cleared, KAMI LANG HINDI. they didn't even bother clearing empty plates until we left. We all had a round of coffee and cakes. After the first round, we got our refills; they didn't even bother to do table maintenance. Our table was filled with empty cups and plates. Do we need to tell the waiters to get the plates? They can obviously see it! i don't think the waiters were busy because they had time to laugh and chitchat with their fellow workers, it was just annoying to see them passing by not even noticing us. One of us even works in the F&B industry and she was really disappointed with how the waiters didn't even accomodate us and how we didn't feel like customers. There are a lot of cheaper cafes that we could've gone to but we chose conti's but we honestly regret choosing this place to celebrate the birthday...

I ordered the Vongole Bianco based on the staff’s recommendation, priced at P395.00. While the dish was delicious, the serving size was noticeably small. Even for someone like me who isn’t a big eater, it wasn’t enough to feel satisfied. The portion of pasta was particularly minimal—perhaps only about three spoonfuls—though the shrimp and clams were generous. Unfortunately, the garlic bread was soggy, which detracted from the overall experience. In the end, I was disappointed due to the inadequate serving size.

I even explicitly mentioned it to the staff as I pay and she just agreed that the serving is inadequate and do nothing about it.

Overall, I won't go back to this branch or perhaps Conti's. Not...

Contis Robmag is one of my favorite places to eat because they serve quality food. The staff are friendly and attentive, I commend two food servers at Conti's Robmag DARRYL & ROM who are so attentive to guests, they have the initiative and very sensitive to address guests' needs and wants. It's good that they have trained employees like them (Darryl and Rom). I always visit Conti's Robmag almost twice a week and same quality of service and food were provided. Keep up...
